Curry Fund funding!

14 September 2017

Mary was a landscape-scale biologist and often referenced the geology and soil properties of a site due to its influence on the biological community present. Recognising that there was a large amount of information about the geology of South Wales in Mary's archive we applied to the Geologists' Association's Curry Fund to to enable us to capture some of this knowledge.

With support from the Curry Fund we could pay one our our volunteers Archie - a geology student at Cardiff University - to work his way through the archive to pull together the geologically important documents and slides.

Find out what Archie got up to here.
